No one at Lahey seems to know of this program. After countless phone call transfers which just went in circles, it's pretty clear it's no help. Thanks for nothing

After fighting with Medicaid and the Health Connector for nearly 6 months and facing having my bills sent to collection, Change Healthcare literally fixed it all. I had contacted my billers and Lahey and Change HC reached out to me. I was nervous it was fake since they required sensitive information from me, so I called Lahey Financial Services and they confirmed their authenticity. Even CHC said I could into the hospital with the documents if I wasn't comfortable. Once I sent over what they needed, the bills that I were fighter to get covered were now gone. I was so thankful I could cry. Thank you so much!
