        I want to Thank Ronnie for Always making me feel safe when taking blood. He is ABSOLUTELY the best at taking blood. I drive all the way just to have/see him, I have tough veins to get, he Always get them , never hurts me, he has a awesome technique, light handed , great personality, very professional, and I feel safe! I hope he never leaves or the Hospital gives him a Great raise , he is a GREAT asset to your hospital! Thank you again Ronnie for your service. HMF

        My daughter saw Dr. Dawley here recently and he went above and beyond to help her. He listened carefully, was kind and professional, and had a great sense of humor, which helped put her at ease.

        I went to this Billerica location three times I was so sick with the cough and very bad ear pressure, people need to understand that this place has the worst medical practitioners they are not qualified to treat sick people, my tonsils were infected and they did not know after three visits thats a simple thing to diagnose, I have been sick for a month no, I would not recommend this place at do not make a mistake take your health seriously and go to your doctor or physician, the American hospital and doctor system is BROKEN people wake up, I finally went and saw an ENT today and she gave me the right meds hopefully I will be on the mend soon, URGENT CARES are not good, period.

        I would leave zero stars if I could. The administrative staff are not the friendliest people on earth and the doctor will tell you that because you've only had sinus infection symptoms for 4 days, it's too soon to treat, and that he won't treat it til 1- 2 works of symptoms. This place is a joke.

        I don't like to leave bad reviews but this time I had. Even that the receptionist was very nice, the nurse and the attending physician was ok but she came out with second guesses and third and I know I had a food poisoning, I did explained to her. That's kinda crazy, not coming to this location again. They have to understand that some people like me are knowledgeable. I've did 2 years in medical school and worked in the medical field so you can't go wrong with that. More that that I know my body, because im in it 24 hours a day, and all the symptoms started after I ate what I did. I felt I had to beg her to do a correct diagnosis...I told the nurse I was leaving and I did.
