I have been at The 12 Step Education Program in North Billerica now for 18 months! There is plenty of structure to allow me to focus on staying sober while improving other aspects of my life, like healing relationships and getting healthier. Staff and residents are very supportive and very nice. I am extremely grateful to be here. Thank you to Phil, the owner and Laura, the manager for doing such an amazing job running this house, I highly recommend it!!! UPDATE....... Hi Phil, this is John (Kenbo) the guy who helps with the lawn in Billerica. I just felt compelled to give you a long overdue Thank You for all the life changing help your house has provided me with. I am over 2 1/2 years sober now!! I am very proud and extremely grateful for all the hard work and dedication you have put into this and your other houses!! I am positive that I wouldn't be walking this earth if I kept going the way I was. The support and camaraderie here is amazing. Laura and now Jeff run this house like a well oiled machine! Miserable dry drunks exploiting people at the lowest points in their lives. Phil Malonson is a predatory capitalist and Bill Tully is a miserable dry drunk. avoid at all costs. Seek out Granada House or the North Cottage.

I've stayed at twelve step education for over a year now I've really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place to anyone . The woman who manages the place has been wonderful n very encouraging in my recovery. Laura ODonnell is running a top notch facility . If you nd a gd safe sober place to live this is the place for you. I don't know where I would be today without their help. They also have a great gym for our use .this is one of the cleanest well kept houses I've ever been a part of.thankyou for helping me so much I was really lost before I got help n became part of this house.Thomas FFieldII
