Absolute worst property managed by the worst property manager! Plenty of better places to live nearby, don't waste your money here. Dealing with office staff and mangement has only been a poor experience from the get go. Never return phone calls, never reply to email. I have never said this on any of my many reviews, but I would give them zero stars if I could. Thank God my lease is up! Don't give them your business EPIC FAIL!

If I could leave no stars I would. First, Olden or whatever his name is gave me the wrong pricing information on a unit and told me he made a mistake AFTER I submitted my application. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and to get out of the whole deal and he said they couldnt do it. I told him because its his mistake I should be refunded!! Everything you asked him he never had an answer, always had to go ask his manager. To avoid being on the street I decided to just continue with the process and move in. I wish I chose the street over what I had to deal with here. I moved in with an unfinished bathroom from the previous tenant. Aspen Regencys property manager Mel said they only redo that for new tenants. The water pipes are all outside in that closet they lock up and dont let you get into. As temps dropped, pipes kept freezing and exploding so i constantly had no freak in water for DAYS!!!! I would call and either wouldnt hear back or have to wait days. No one in the Office knows what theyre talking about. I dont think they even talk to each other. I just couldnt wash dishes, take a shower, flush the toilet, etc. for days at a time.

So far living here has been very positive. Manager and all employees are kind and helpful. The hallways and front hall area are super clean. The ceilings in the apartments are high. It makes it seem a bit larger which is what you need when you are not made for apartment living. Pool- I have brought my 4 year old to the pool and hes allowed to jump in-Super cool! The water could be a bit more heated but that is my preference. Im sure it is just not to 83-85 which I love. No complaints. Gym- nice gym, has so many options for working out. Open always. Park- love the park, its perfect for kids. My son loves it. It has two interactive games one is like Simon with the colors you have to tap when lit Up. They also have a two player game like tic tac toe meets connect four. People- so far the people here are all nice and kind. I am a friendly person. I say hello to everyone. One women who I met at the package area pickup room said to me she has been here for blank years and loves it here and she hopes I have the same experience. I hope I do too. Dont forget to tell them I sent you.
