I would never use them again . They cannot be trusted. They do not follow up on their job after you pay them. They killed two of my shrubs in the front of my house and did nothing about it. I called them several times and they never got back to me. I have a shingle in the front of my house that was damaged from them being on the roof when it was to hot and never fixed it.

I hired Zhumas to replace the whole roof. In the beginning, things were flowing smoothly. They responded to me quickly and their quote was competitive. They got the job done in late October within 2 days and the roof looks great. However, in January, after a snowstorm, I noticed water on the floor of the sunroom and water stains in the ceiling. Since then the communication has become really broken. They never answer my phone calls and only text me back sporadically. It often takes days before I receive a response. On 01/18, some workers did come back and added the caulk to some spots. There have been no new leaks since then, but they didnt assess or repair the interior ceiling as I requested. While Luis said in February they would fix it, he has been procrastinating on actually making a plan for it. At one point he asked me when will be a good time. I told him that any day but Saturday. When I asked him what days and times work best for his team, one day later he texted me saying next Saturday.
At this point I have given up on hope that they would keep their promise. I am tired of chasing them.
