If I can give this company negative 5 stars I would, in the beginning they say then can fix it, and then they say no and probably trying to Sell your fixed part for 4 times more price.

****STAY AWAY*** I agree that if I could give a negative star review I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. We ordered a part from them, was made many promises about when it would ship, started getting g a bad feeling, was given the runaround about why it hadn't shipped. I found my part elsewhere, called to cancel the order, was berated by Chris C. I asked for confirmation that my order was canceled and then he HUNG UP ON ME. I called their main number and was told it had shipped, which it hadn't, asked for confirmation that my order was canceled and was informed they do not provide that. I am disputing the charge with my CC company. I will post another review once I have my $ back.

I DONT THINK THEY ARE A LEGIT BUSINESS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN GIVE YOU RUN AROUND NEVER RECIEVED PARTS STAY AWAY!!!!!

I ORDERED A MODULE ON 12-22-2021, WAS TOLD 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY TIME, I CHECKED THE TRACKING NUMBER ON 12-28-21, IT SHOWS THE MODULE IS STILL IN FLORIDA, I CALLED AN TALKED TO A LESS THAN HELPFUL FEMALE(WHO APPARANTLY IS HAVING A BAD DAY) ON 12-29-21, SHE SAID THE PART HASNT LEFT YET AND CANNOT GIVE ME AN ETA WHEN THE PART WILL LEAVE FLORIDA. I HAVE A CUSTOMER EXPECTING HIS TRUCK BACK THIS WEEK AND I CANNOT TELL HIM WHEN HIS PART WILL BE HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
