Ive tried different weight loss programs in the past, but find Body By Design the best Ive ever done. This plan allowed me to have real foods that I love. I learned how to watch what I eat but still allowed me to never feel like I was missing out. I had a special occasion where I knew I would eat foods I normally dont have but was right back on track within a day or two. Meeting with Mike once a week or sometimes every other week depending on my crazy work schedule was great. We talked about topics relevant to my body and lifestyle to be able to incorporate into my daily life, specially the things that would help me succeed and the things that trip me up. I love this program. It helped me get my body and life back on track and am still seeing a steady weight loss.
