      A tow off of Martha's Vineyard Island in the summer season is not "a simple tow" and will not happen immediately do to boat scheduling and the amount of vehicles going off. Couple that with the fact the SSA was dealing with two boats down during this time and it makes it worse. The process would have moved quicker if Geico had reached out over the phone instead of sending and email with dispatch instructions and no form of payment but it was all sorted out and the vehicle was delivered off the island in 5 business days from the original email, and 2 days from the time payment was received which is when the scheduling actually starts. I think that's pretty prompt but you can only please some of the people some of the time.
