Started taking lessons with Ed O'brien Studios in March of 2022. Had played trumpet in grade school then stopped around 8th grade. Attempted to learn to play electric guitar a few times with online courses. Fast forward six months and I'm extremely happy with my choice of Ed O'brien Studios. Ed has been teaching for many years and is a graduate from Berklee College of Music. He has a very easy going personality and teaching style. He listens as well as he teaches. Each lesson can be a surprise. You're not made to struggle on one technique for an entire session. If you are looking for a teacher that can work with people of all levels; and makes you feel comfortable and welcome, then I would highly recommend Ed O'brien Studios. Stephen H.

Ed is an amazing guitar instructor! I highly recommend. He's not only a wealth of knowledge, but he knows how to teach and ensure you learn. Six months ago I knew nothing, and now I'm strumming along, playing songs, and feeling more and more confident. Great pandemic project!

Ed is a great guitar instructor - I've been taking lessons from Ed for about 6 months. I've already learned a lot and I know I'm heading in the right direction. He seamlessly tailors his instruction to what I need to work on to achieve my goals. I couldn't recommend him more!

Ed O'Brian Studios What is really helping me to improve with the guitar, by taking personal lessons from a guitar teacher, who has credentials with a degree in music, with experience, and is creating a custom protocol as to where I am at with my skills, understanding what I want to achieve, with a clear vision on how to get there. A very important part of the equation is to have a quality guitar, and professionally set up to my specifications for my style, with easy playability. My first meeting I was accessed for my ability, we started with a custom protocol for immediate improvement, with the professional guidance I need moving forward. In just a short time I am understanding the mechanics of reading music properly, advancing my skills moving up or down the fret board, learning technique, having fun practicing, playing songs, creating my own style! Also important to note during these sessions inside information being shared , how, why, what, where, when, everything, anything pertaining to music in the industry. Curt
