I cannot say enough about Rick and his teamknowledgeable, professional, timely, neatall the things you want in a plumber. He installed a brand new boiler and hot water heater and we couldnt be happier with the product and the service. Hackett Brothers is 5 stars for sure!

I called Rick at Hackett Bros. At 7 am because of my water heater. After diagnosing that we needed a new one he had his staff install before noon. They were polite, clean and efficient. I would recommend Hackett Bros. To all my family friends and clients without hesitation

Rick and his team installed two high efficiency combo heating/hot water systems into my multi-family property. There was some considerable work needed to be done in order to even get the systems into the building from a logistical perspective. Rick and his team did the work in just a matter of days. Rick also helped me through the rebate process with the state. Great work at a great rate. If you are in the North Shore area, I highly recommend Hackett Brothers for your plumbing needs.
