        I was surprised yesterday when the lady charged me 148 dollars. 112 for the 14th month for taxes and 20 for being late for a few days. The surprise is the 112 are 22 dollars more because they don't call to notify them only

        This place used to be top notch and clean. But ever since the ownership changed this place has gone downhill. The facility has become dirty, leaky and apparently had a mouse problem so bad it ruined the furniture we had stored here. Mouse poop everywhere, also at some point the place leaked? The floor under the moving blanket we had under the furniture looked like it was in a bad way from potential water damage. The promise of climate control implies that the place would remain clean and free of damage from water and pests. The staff was nice but there wasnt really much of a resolution they could offer and the furniture was in such bad shape from the mouse feces we had to hire a junk truck to throw everything away. Incredibly devastating. Oh and the bathroom NEVER has soap in it.
