I just had the most amazing experience at TMOBILE. Jonathan and Sascha were very helpful and took the time to talk to me about a few different models of phones. They gave me the opportunity to compare the google pixel 6 to the google pixel pro and see how they matched up pertaining to ram, gb storage, and camera megapixels. After much contemplation, we finally came to the conclusion that the Samsung galaxy s 22 ultra was going to be the phone for me. Sascha and Jonathan really made me feel welcome and I really appreciate their support. They even assisted me in signing up for my netflix account that I just got when I switched over to magenta. Thank you so much Jonathan and Sascha!!! You guys are the best!!!

I'm super upset. I tried going into the store in Plymouth 123 samoset street unit 2 to get my screen change because I have my screen protection plan. I've done it there twice before and today I was told I don't have it. Which I jumped through hoops the first time this happened in January when I switched my account to my name from my moms. I paid for the protection planned and shouldn't have to do this again. I asked employee Colin to call manager he said he was on vacation and said we call district manager while manager is on vacation so I asked for him to do that and he said he can't bother him for this. So my problem is not worthy? This is extremely ridiculous, any customer issues that basic employees can't do should be able to brought up to any and all managers/ management. I am not happy that I have to inconvenience myself when I've paid for this service now I have to waste gas another day to get this done. I couldn't even turn in my phone for a new one because there where no deals accepting the phone I have now. So now they won't accept my business.
