        I reached out to Safe Harbour to receive a quote for car insurance, and within the same hour I received a response from Kevin Borst. He was responsive and beyond helpful. The entire process was rather quick, even with him showing me other options (home insurance etc), everything was signed and completed in less than a week. I was able to receive signifcantly better rates than I currenty have, and they take care of the entire switch themselves. I am now considering switching my home insurance to bundle and save more. It's a great feeling trusting the people representing your insurance and knowing you are in good hands.

      Unfortunately we live in a world where people have come to expect things on their timetable which often translates into immediately. We couldn't offer a solution for his coverage needs at the time of his call and he perceived that to be "rude" Yes, two different people in the office gave him the same answer which was not to his liking. One size does not fit all.
