I went here yesterday bc I was having trouble removing 2 lug nuts and I thought they were stripped. I could not have had a better experience. Okie helped me get the lug nuts off and I was able to replace them. So friendly and helpful. Its always great service.

They were extremely helpful. My oil light came on my truck and I couldnt put oil in it. I hurt my back and Joseph the employee helped me. He put the oil in my truck. When I took the next day to my mechanic he said that my o ring was leaking. If I didnt stop and put oil in it, my engine would been ruined. I owe some much to the service that auto zone gave me far beyond my expectations. They were so nice and helpful.

The manager, Okey, is a throwback to when customer service really meant something. I had walked to Autozone for a specific part but Quincy store didnt have it in stock. Okey, picking up on the fact my car was inoperable, sent an employee to another Autozone and I had my part within a half an hour. While I was waiting, the store was extremely busy . However, every customer was made to feel important and even still the line moved quickly and efficiently. Okey leads by example and every employee was working hard, intelligently and together. I rarely see customer service like that anymore. As long as Okey is there, Autozone in Quincy will be my first choice.

Excellent customer service. Nelson, One of the managers was Extremely helpful and helped me find out what was wrong with my car. Very pleased with my experience here!!
