We refilled back to full at a nearby gas station prior to dropping off the truck, and the guy from the counter had us park at the pump and he refilled the tank still (at our cost). I didn't particularly mind that we had to pay for another quarter gallon of what must be a 20+ gallon tank; what was annoying was the fact that he decided to top off the tank another whole gallon or two extra, with some whistling alarm going off (I assume to warn customers about topping off a tank). It really comes across as them trying to take advantage of customers by getting them to unnecessarily pay as much as they can.

Bad experience, the guy at the counter is so rude and impolite, it was the second time I came here and I just confirmed, this is not a good place. The other Uhaul at Quincy is really really really better than this one.

This location is worst U-Haul location in the world . They treat ppl like shitt. They will cheat on you for extra cost. Believe me dont go there even there is no truck available nearby.
