Like to make idol threats to customers with cancelations. Also seems to know what I do for a living, when I'm actually retired. Wants me to have commercial insurance, when driver's all over the state are driving for Uber, doordash, GrubHub , instacart, Domino's pizza, Papa Gino's and many more with basic insurance not commercial. But they want to go after me , while they allow everyone else to do it. Their issue is not with me. It should be with the state of Massachusetts and all these corporations in the state that are hiring drivers with basic insurance. When the state makes it a requirement then and only then should I have to get commercial insurance. I feel like AAA has invaded my privacy as a consumer and don't appreciate idol threats of cancelations on my insurance. Have insured 2 cars with you for years now I don't care if it cost more elsewhere I will go get my insurance somewhere else, all I will purchase now with AAA is road service, now you lose when you should have left my life alone and minded your own business.
