My experience upon inquiring about some rental property in Reading was extremely poor. I called & spoke to Terry. I explained that my company is looking for additional office space. I noted that this is a new endeavor for us & that I needed some guidance. I asked what office sizes were available - she indicated several sizes. I told her I would get that information for her. I then asked her the price per sq foot - she said it varied. She then asked what we were looking to spend. I told her that we don't know and I again stressed that we have never done this so have no idea what the cost should/would be. Where I wouldn't answer that question, she said we could go no further! I've been an office manager for many years and if one of my employees reacted this way & did not bend over backwards to help a new customer, I would let her go - that person would be in the wrong position. You have lost a potential well-established customer who was making a serious inquiry. I have never sent a review like this at any other time but it truly amazed me that this person is representing you.
