Keller Williams Realty Evolution

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Will not refund money if the owner of the rental you sign lease with won't move out but Keller Williams already has the broker fee. Too bad on you even with a contract stating you get a full refund if tenancy isn't created. Shame on them for taking money from a widow who doesn't know what she's getting into and trusts Keller Williams to be decent.

Elena Cristina Marchis has been THE best to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a house for a few years and the previous realtor we used just never found us anything remotely close to what we even liked. We just took it as “not the one” for us. We took a break after not seeing anything we even liked. When we decided to start seriously looking again we decided to switch realtors and immediately Elena showed us many houses we liked and even bid on. When the bids fell through she dug into who won and what we could do to improve our own future bid. When we found the house we loved and wanted, Elena’s professionalism yet aggressiveness to ensure we could do all we could led to us buying our dream house! We could not be happier and recommend her enough! She came to every open house, and extra visits to the house, kept us in the loop, and anytime we had a question she was urgent to contact the sellers realtor and quick to respond back to us.
