Peas in a Pod Nursery School

Both of my kids attended the school. We were very pleased with Erin and her staff. They were all very professional and great with my kids both whom are very shy. They were very welcoming and help me in a lot of areas where my kids were having trouble. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

My Daughter is a 2.7 year old child that attends Peas and both my husband and I are so happy about placing her there. Her brother attended there when he was a baby and we love how the teachers love and teach our daughter. They are constantly singing to them and providing updates about our daughter's day via the app. We don't have to worry about our toddler because we know she is well cared for. They always have new and fun activities and I am happy with the staff. She loves Rachel, and loves Arianna and Brianna. We get feedback from the app and get to know all her teachers. At Peas you feel a very family oriented vibe and the Director Erin is very approachable and always assisting with the children. I live 20 minutes away and though I can send her to daycares in my area I choose to attend Peas because of how well my daughter interacts with her teachers.

My 2 yr old attended this daycare in 2021. 3 things occurred at this daycare that caused me to pull my child out. 1. Foot and mouth disease outbreaks were occurring often which caused my child to continuously be sick. 2. They would lock my child in a stroller causing him to fall asleep during pickups. Very seldom did I find my child not in the stroller. My child is active and if given the chance he would have been playing. 3. The daycare has a playground in the parking lot. I discovered from an outside vendor, that my child was almost hit by a car while they were walking from the doors to the playground because no one was holding my childs hand and he wanted to see the chickens beside the playground. The school had weeks to notify me, but didnt. The moment I found out, I dropped everything, and drove to the daycare to remove my child. The company said that the staff didnt report it and thus they would have not known. If you dont know what is going on at your facility, or choose to employ unethical staff, thats a problem. This place is cheap, but it comes at the cost of your childs life. Protect your children. Do not send them here.

My daughter was there almost 2 years because of Covid we couldn't find a spot anywhere. I was so excited.Both my husband and i are really easy going people but after fiew months i was getting angry more and more. Owner never there to talk to, employees do whatever they want. Teachers are Constantly on their phones wearing very long nails( my kid but was scratch so many times) . Teachers are paying attention more to their own kids that they there with them than other kids.Kids were crying in the morning and no one cares. My heart sometimes was so broken when i had to leave my daughter there. There was maybe 2 or 3 ladies that i really like( Rachel , Hay , Lisa and Kathy) they care about their job but rest of them are joke and unprofessional. Dirty carpets and outdated classrooms. U can literally walk to the infant classroom with dirty winter shoes and no one will say anything. They were cutting paper plates in a half for kids lunches to save the money!!!! They were playing rock music very loud on speaker at 7:30 in the morning when i was dropping off my daughter there. Unbelievable. Owner daughter was promising that she will potty train my daughter for a months and never did. Finally one of the ladies did in a 2 weeks. There is always drama and always something going on in this place!! Almost every monday morning teachers were saying how tired they are!! Really after long weekend they are tired? I spoke to some parents and they were also upset and disappointed but that time was really hard to find any daycare around . I was finally able after 9 months of waiting list to get my daughter from there and move to Goddard and finally we are very very happy there. Almost 1.5 in Goddard and not even one complain.Love this place so much. Very nice owner ,very organized and safe place. Anna.

Seems like a great place to bring the children but somethinsg I noticed they have about 5 hens/chickens lay eggs never have water always lots food long hot holiday weekends no water 7x left message for owner same thing neglect next call to animal control! Cage dirty! Not right
