Lori is extremely unprofessional saying Im sick of this job multiple times while doing my transaction. Then another worker asking if there are any customers in the store she proceeds to say annoyingly there always is if she hates having customers and her job so much she should go somewhere else its embarrassing.

This Banks ATMs have stolen my money 5 times. 5 times. Twice the money was found and it was solved. Twice the money had to be put through a short claim and it was credited and I moved on. This last time the money was nowhere to be found. It wasn't in the rejection bin. It wasn't "accounted" for as they told me that their accounts balanced out. I literally sat there and cried. It was my money for the weekend and for my bills. I'm fnow being told that if I get the money at all it'll be 10 days. My car insurance is about to lapse and my son care bill is due..all of which I have no money for at the moment. This review isn't just for the location. It's for the bank as a whole. I can't wait to get my final deposits so I can close my account and leave. Literally ruined my life at the moment.
