They did extensive exterior deck, renovation, and replacement, with extremely stylish and high-quality materials. They were extremely careful, working around plants, exterior hot tub, went above, and beyond to repair and reinforce damaged areas would not hesitate to hire them again.

Our home was built in the 30s, with an addition that was added on, back in the early 70s. When we decided to demo and renovate our downstairs bathroom (which was part of the addition), we knew the project would present its own unique set of problems. Sure enough, we wouldn't be disappointed. Hiring a contractor that I was confident in and comfortable with was a challenge. I met with a half dozen contractors before calling A+ Custom Builders. One of the first things I told Greg was that I would be very particular. From a design standpoint, I knew exactly what I wanted, but from a construction standpoint, I didn't know what I didn't know. That didn't deter Greg. Turns out he is as good at listening as he is at his trade. After hearing me out, and listening to our concerns, Greg took the time to explain the entire process, starting at square one. And our search for a contractor was over. Greg and his team were professional, patient, considerate, and they were more than respectful of our unpredictable schedules. Having two children in different parts of the world at the time, Greg and his crew understood our priorities, which in turn prolonged the job, but they never complained. They were a pleasure to work with, and their work speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to call them again, and I would encourage anyone who was looking to hire a contractor, to save yourself time and aggravation, and call A+ Custom Builders first.

We recently gutted a truly icky bathroom and turned it into a Victorian style gem! All the details of craftsmanship were outstanding (from tiling to painting to carpentry), and I was impressed by the teamwork between various professionals (plumbers, electricians, etc) but in particular, each and every person as part of the team was friendly and thoughtful. We have 3 indoor cats, and no one -- not once! -- let any of them out! My gratitude for our renovations, all of which even surpassed my hopes and expectations, and my true thanks for treating even the little naughty beasts with so much respect.
