Royal Flush responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry, visited quickly to examine the pipe, provided a fair estimate accompanied by a video of the problem, and followed up to answer my questions before I decided to proceed with the work. The on-site team was organized and professional, completing the work in less than four hours and communicating with me as needed. They were also kindly willing to mask when asked, to protect a vulnerable member of my family. I am hoping this is a permanent solution to my main sewer drain root intrusion and would recommend Royal Flush's piple lining services to anyone else looking to fix this problem without digging up landscaping etc.

The Royal Flush team is absolutely fantastic. Being a younger home owner in the East Side of Providence, I was a bit overwhelmed and over my head when I found out my rental property was experiencing sewage backup. Luckily this company came highly recommended by my real estate agent and as soon as I spoke with John, I began to experience a sense of relief. They prioritized their assessment out at the property, brought the best equipment for the job, and had a game plan within the day for next steps. The men who came to do the re-lining job for our sewage line were absolutely great. They were friendly, respectful, and thorough.
