Called after dealing w a rude staff member at Melvins .The guy who answered here was friendly and upbeat. He told me to come by for an estimate on tires and an inspection. Killian was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous .would recommend NE Tire so far .My tires will be installed this coming Saturday. Along with a taillight. Hope the great experience continues. ...

I had my truck towed to the seekonk store for a dead fuel pump. I received a voice message the next day. I was told it would cost $960.00 to replace. I went there the next day with AAA to pick it up. they had the truck on the lift and the tank out. I asked why they were working on my truck without my permission. He flipped out telling me I wanted it done right away, which I did, but not for almost $1,000, the tough guy told me I couldn't have it for a couple of hours. I did the job myself. it cost $80.00 for the fuel pump and it took me about 2 hours to install. so I guess they charge $400.00 an hour for labor. and there were dents and scratches that were not there when I brought it there. Do not go there. they are rip-offs and rude and obnoxious.
