        I had Pella replace my old metal window's in my condo and now they are so beautiful. Quick and efficient. Well priced and good quality. The team showed up on time and did a great job and finished in the time that was quoted.

        Pella will oversell and promise anything to get you to sign a contract. Then after you sign, the delays and costs change. So frustrating. Over a $53,000 project and the install date has been delayed over 4 weeks and the Salesman says its out of his control. Never again!

        We replaced our (4) kitchen windows this Spring. Our sales rep Rob Marchand wasnt pushy and took the time to answer questions, walk us through the process from planning and pricing to ordering, and our install team Mr. Perry (Senior and Junior) were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, a great experience. Thanks Pella!
