Art School 99

I am entering my second year of painting at Art School 99. I have learned so much from Alexandra and plan to continue going weekly. People have noticed the drastic improvement in my painting skills.

I have been a student at Art School 99 for 3+ years now and highly recommend it. Art & Science are synergistic and enjoyable together for me. Alexandra Rozenman is an accomplished professional artist and also the best teacher I ever had-- patient, kind and open to new ideas. The school is very well organized and a vibrant community. Reasonable price, appropriate materials included. It was and still is a great finding.

Alexandra is a wonderful and talented teacher. She has been so encouraging, helping me rediscover my love for art, after being away from it for years. Alexandras studio is welcoming and inviting, and I enjoy the diversity of the other students. My weekly class at Art School 99 is my favorite hour of the week.

Great experience, really attentive teacher with a wealth of knowledge to share! She gives individualized attention and helps you explore your own natural artistic instincts. Really recommend you take a class if you get the chance!

I have been working with Alexandra for over 10 years. I had never drawn or painted when I found Art School 99. She works with me at my pace and always has great recommendations when I get stuck. She will help as much or as little as you like. She is a great teacher. Her knowledge of art history and art cant be beat. She is able to work with anyone, in any medium and any style. I feel very fortunate to have found her and highly recommend her.
