Real professionals. Their work is fantastic. They finished the repair on time and way under the estimated cost. They even detailed my car while it was in their shop. They dramatically exceeded any expectations I had. This place is an asset to the community.

I cannot give enough praise for Webster Auto Body. My daughter had an accident and we werent filing an insurance claim. I sent photos of the damage to 3 different auto body shops (Webster had the best reviews) but only Jerry at Webster sent me an estimate - within 24 hours. Lisa runs the office and followed up with knowledgeable, courteous service. Owner Jerry worked with me to give the best results within my budget. The car was finished in 2.5 days! Theyre perfectionists who take pride in their work and the outcome FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did the car look like new - but they detailed it! AMAZING! They cleaned the windows and got a sticky residue off when nothing I tried had worked. They even vacuumed the car! On top of this, I had somehow misplaced my work cell when transferring items to the rental car (which I believe Jerrys son and Lisa worked out and had delivered to the shop at their low rate). I went to the shop yesterday and three of the specialists stopped what they were doing to help me look for it. I was humbled by the courtesy extended to me by these brilliant, skilled specialists. While I hope theres never another accident, if there is, I will only do business with Jerry and his team at Webster Auto Body.

Recently had some body work done on my 2014 A4 after a vandalism incident and I'm glad I was referred to these guys. Worked with Adam - clear and professional communication, great responsiveness, fair pricing, and the work was done very well. Would definitely recommend.
