I have worked with Velney Development in more than one aspect and Josue has gone above and beyond. We worked together on management of a condo building where we replaced siding and trim, updated interior shared common areas and incorporated a drain system in the basement. All projects had a great result. Josue is a wealth of knowledge and has helped with guidance on other projects that I have done after meeting him.
