We are a transparent company when booking a service call, that we charge $125.00 service call / destination fee to send a trained plumbing professional with a stocked service truck to your home to review your plumbing, heating or draining issue to provide pricing. We did check your phone call to make sure our staff quoted you the $125.00 service call / destination fee, which they did. We arrived to your property on time on the scheduled day with the equipment needed to perform a proper cleaning on your Navien boiler. As you mentioned our technicians were very professional and clean. Up to this point we can both agree that we have done our part from scheduling a service call to arriving on time on the schedule date. Our pricing is set to industry standards and our warranties and craftsmanship is among the best in the industry to assist you in your plumbing, heating and drain cleaning needs to give you peace of mind. We understand by hiring the most qualified technicians and office staff along with providing the best warranties and services, it does sometimes come at a higher cost. We don't claim to be the cheapest but we also know that we are not the most expensive. We remain competitive and are willing to work with our customers when possible, as we are committed to building life long customers. We have been doing this for 20 plus years and we can honestly say after doing thousands of service calls good quality isn't cheap and cheap isn't good quality. We strive to always provide a 5 star service for our customers. We our sorry that we did not meet your expectation on cost and didn't see the value in our services.
