First day moving in and already got my car towed for leaving my car by the sidewalk at the parking lot. I asked them why did they tow my car since I was moving in that day and they said they were called here for a Range Rover but it was gone by the time they got here and saw my car in the "fire lane" so they decided to tow it instead. It's unfortunate that I just moved here and already have a bad experience having to get a ride to Ludlow in the middle of the night and pay $375 to get my car back while moving in at the same time. You would expect them to give you a grace period for using the parking lot for your scheduled move in time but I guess not. Also the blower fans for the electric furnace in the apartments for the heating are extremely loud.

So far, so good! This place is very modern and the ambience is great. Feels like 31 elm st Springfield is on the right track!

Ive had such a wonderful experience with the management team during my application process! They have taken the time to answer all my questions and have always responded promptly to my emails!! This is makes me feel confident when I move in, if I have any issues, they will be addressed. Im looking forward to moving in and doing my part to represent ThirtyOne Elm as a great tenant!
