I'm sharing this because I've had a couple of bad experiences at this store, but it's the closest and pretty well stocked with everything you need, just some people aren't meant to deal with people, BUT, I had the BEST experience today...I had a couple of issues and Tyler was super helpful, informative and even saved me money on my monthly bill by pointing out stuff on my account. Most of the times places want to upsell stuff, this guy saw an opportunity for me to save money and did the right thing. I left there super happy with today's experience...Thanks again Tyler.

Upgraded to an iPhone 15 with the help of Sarah. She was super helpful and knowledgeable to all of my questions. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Had an awesome experience! Upgraded 2 phones and Jeff was super helpful. Very respectful staff and very courteous service! Would recommend 5 star store and Jeff gets an 11 out of 10 for excellent customer service!

Completely garbage company and brick and mortar. They shock me with how appalling the customer service is. Rude people always trying to sell you garbage and just pushing it down your throat. Overpriced accessories in store compared to online, and they refuse to give paper recipts
