I used to love this place with all my heart until I bumped with professors that dont care about your learning process and your success. They have no patience. It is as if they had forgotten that they were also students at some point. Im not a bad student, I just had very difficulty time learning some subjects. You fail? who cares, other students will join the programs and you are out with debt, and frustrated looking at what to do with your dreams or with your life. Some professors should not be part of such a community college.

This place is an absolute joke! Wanna go to college? This isn't the way... Staff is incompetent beyond belief. Signed up for an IT related field certification. Was told the course was 7 weeks. That's great, especially since I qualified for MassReconnect. So I sign up, do the placement stuff, PAY for my high school transcripts and everything just to be told the class is full and I either have to wait till next year (no free schooling anymore) or I have to take the FULL two year degree... I work two jobs, 7 days a week. I LITERALLY CAN NOT dedicate the time required for a two year degree. A LITERAL bait and switch. And then after I told my "advisor" that I'm not longer interested, I had about 4 different departments blowing my phone up asking how they can help to "fix" the situation. Simple... Let me in the class I was promised or leave me the alone.
