STAFF IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. DURING A HOME RENOVATION PROJECT, MY CONTRACTOR DIALED A NUMBER, HANDED ME THE PHONE AND SAID GET US A DUMPSTER. I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE PROCESS. LUCKY FOR ME, CARA WAS ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE. SHE PATIENTLY WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS, EXPLAINING SIZES, TIMING, CONTRACT PROVISIONS AND PRICING. THE NEXT MORNING DONNIE DELIVERED THE DUMPSTER. HE. CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY. UPON ARRIVAL HE EXPLAINED HOW IMPORTANT PLACING THE DUMPSTER IS SO THAT IT DOESNT IMPEDE THE WORKERS AND THE PROJECT. IM ON MY 4TH DUMPSTER NOW AND THE SERVICE CONTINUES TO BE TOP NOTCH. I WOULD RECOMMEND AMERICAN WASTE REMOVAL LLC TO FRIENDS, FAMILY , AND TO THOSE READING THIS IN A HEARTBEAT. LISA K.

American Waste Removal has been professional, prompt, and cordial, from booking and picking the right size, to delivery and pickup. The driver patiently navigated my tricky driveway, and also went out of his way during pickup to make sure I was all set. I'm really pleased, and hiring them for a 2nd dumpster!!

As a contractor and home inspector my typical "go-to" vendor for dumpsters had changed hands and so I gave American a try based on their reviews. FANTASTIC company to do business with! This time the rental was for my own home, the rate was reasonable and I can't say enough about the communication..top shelf. Phone or text, Cara was always available, and took care of my specific delivery needs. We needed to extend our rental another week due to a death in the family and all it took was a text and we were all set. Kara is amazing!!!!!!! She was very helpful from start to finish when I needed a dumpster to move from my house. She was even able to get the dumpster removed on short notice when the buyers realtor wanted it gone ASAP. The drivers were great too, they placed it exactly where I needed it. Ive already recommended American Waste Removal to others and will absolutely call them again if I ever need a dumpster. Worth every penny.

We're coming up on our 50th dumper rental with American Waste! Nothing but the best from a locally owned family. American waste has always been reliable and probably the best customer service we have experienced! Mark and Cara care about their customers and the service they provide!
