When my father passed away recently we used Byron Keenan Funeral Home for his services and we could not have been happier with our experience. Terry was our funeral director and he made an overwhelming process very manageable. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and took care of all the details with ease. In fact, all of the staff were very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Ive never left a review for anything in my life so please bear with me. My brother and I used Byron Keenan Funeral Home after our mother, Manuela, passed away at 53 years old. Sue Keenan was so incredibly kind and helpful. Between adjusting prices for us, editing my moms obituary after it had been finalized, making memorial cards for us, etc. They even had the most well behaved and adorable doodle puppy that we asked to hang out with while we went over paperwork. I called every funeral home / crematory in the area, we decided to go with Sue, and would again.

We had a great experience with Byron Keenan. Terry was very helpful and made the process of burying my father in law easier on all of us. This was no easy task as my father in law passed in Florida but was buried in Massachusetts. Terry took care of every need we had and went above and beyond his job requirements. Everyone at Byron Keenan was caring and compassionate.

My family has been using Byron Keenan for many years. Unfortunately we are in need of their services again . My mom recently passed away and I called them immediately. They have always taken such good care of us. I feel like they are my extended family. If I need anything they take care of it. Always go above and beyond.
