    DO NOT BOOK FOR TRUCK OVER 76". Garage only fits smaller vehicles. 20$ a night under the interstate. Streetside where theft is higher or casino parking 2 blocks down.

    I stayed at the Marriott this past week for a work trip. The hotel itself is nice. My room was clean and had a nice view of the river. My only complaints were the parking garage (Tokyo drift anyone) and the fact that it took a solid 15+ minutes for the water in the shower to even start warming up. I love that they have signs to promote eco-friendly with reusing your towels, but if you don't want an ice shower every morning, you're wasting SO much water while waiting for it to reach even a tolerable temperature. There was an issue with my final statement that I caught after I got home, where I was charged double for parking each day I was there. However, when I called, they apologized and immediately fixed it. Just make sure if you're booking with a company that has negotiated rates that you're not being charged the regular $20/day plus the lower rate.

    Please double-check to make sure you have all your items before leaving, or you WILL get robbed! I stayed for military business, and realized the following morning that I had left my toiletry bag in my room. I made 9 total phone calls to the hotel, speaking to 3 Front Desk workers, one Housekeeping manager and one Sales employee, over a span of 8 days before receiving my bag back. It wasnt until the 4th phone call to Front Desk that they told me my bag wasnt found, so I made them look again, until I got a phone call back that they had miraculously found it. I had to keep pleading to ship my bag because it contained medication that I need to take. Then I couldnt get an answer about when it would be shipped or if anyone had a tracking number until the 8th phone call when I spoke to Sales. When I received the bag, I immediately discovered that my bottle of perfume and my mascara was missing, of course two items of high value. Not only do I think its disgusting that someone would steal used makeup, but its disgraceful that someone would steal from a military member. To the housekeeper who cleaned room 901, youre welcome for the $140 worth of items for a tip. The hospitality industry that I have worked for years in, is truly dead. It took that Marriott almost 2 weeks to ship a bag to NY, knowing very well there was medication in it. And I ended up robbed.
