Worst experience of my life. Every person in this office done nothing but lies. I will never try to buy a home again. Took my money for appraisal and inspection. Draged the process out until I lost my earnest money. Said they would refund some of the money and 2 months later still no refund at all. Do not trust these people

I would like to thank Polaris Home Loans for making my experience getting a loan stress free and guiding me every step of the way. Even when problems came up they went out of there way to help me figure out, understand and did the problems.

Taylor at Polaris was amazing. Morning or night he always answered any questions I had and was very quick to update or help with any paperwork. I would not have been able to purchase my first home without his assistance and would absolutely recommend them to friends/family. Very happy with the process and the outcome.
