In my experience, many of the staff are very rude, does not provide good and timely response, let alone horrible customer service. Lets talk about the lack of quality work and the lack of academic advising performance. There isnt any quality in that area at all, no attention to detail No one Seems have a clue or worse, they dont focus on the older online students. The main focus is on the young students, and no one else seems to matter. For the amount of money we pay to attend this private school the service they provide does match our money at all. Lets talk about some of the Professors. They might have PhDs but they certainty behave themselves as not having no education at all in the way they communicate with students. Rude, unprofessional. For many of them its just a title and nothing more. Students surveys really need to be considered to possibly improve in certain areas that continues to lack in professionalism and attention to detail. Please start with the academic advising for the online students. Certainly needs plenty of improvement.
