Alexander did a great job selling our house. We used it as a rental for 11y prior to putting it on the market with Alexander. It was a little beaten up from renters, but he made some rehab suggestions which we took to heart and got done. Overall, we put $14k into a rehab, he had an open house, and we got 5 offers over asking within 48h! Thanks to Alexander’s advice, we not only sold our house quickly, but we increased the value by almost $40k! He did a great job and has an eye for what the customer is looking for. Glad he was part of our team!

Alex went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale of my property went as smooth as possible. Alex will work “for you” and takes a lot of the hassles of home buying/selling, out of the equation do you can focus on the purchase/sale. As with most real estate transactions, I certainly had my share of bad luck, but Alex was on top of everything. I couldn’t have done this without him and I’m almost certain other agents would not have been as dedicated. If you’re on the fence on who to use as your agent, your search is over. Alex is a top gun.
