They are biased towards the tenant. Do not judge on facts. Every time I go there I get PTSD. And I'm an honest person people lie and they get results. Security is ridiculous in the courtroom but if you whisper or something they're right on your butt which is ridiculous. These are all actors they're not real. They don't really have jurisdiction over us they're jurisdiction is a word district of Columbia.

Having a problem with my landlord, went down to ask questions and the women in the clerks office is so nasty!! Doesn't even let you speak. The last thing you need when your fighting for your home is a nasty person. All I wanted to know is my rights as tenant while my home is uninhabitable. Instead all she kept asking was if I owe rent obviously not I would of said that. Either way she was no help

Visited the clerk of courts today. Was greeted with huffs and puffs, by staff. I could hardly get out a question. Unbelievable somebody needs to do something about this.
