Provost Companies is fantastic to work with! William and his team remodeled the entire first floor of my older home. Transforming a layout with several small rooms into a modern open concept with an up-to-date kitchen. It was a large undertaking that included removing a chimney, creating support beams, relocating a staircase, and installing hardwood flooring. His staff is professional, experienced, and took great care in all stages of the project. I felt comfortable from the first visit to the final meeting.

We had PCI put on an addition to our home that included a primary bedroom with an ensuite and a walk in closet. They also resided the entire home and replaced the entire roof. We were extremely satisfied with the communication from Bill and Dana. The weekly meetings and updates were very helpful. We were always aware of who would be on our property and when they would be there. Every single one of the contractors and subcontractors that work for PCI are extremely professional and excellent craftsmen. With that said, there was a portion of the project that we were less than happy with, performed by a subcontractor, and Bill sent his guys over to redo it correctly. This area has become a sanctuary for us to relax. We will be hiring PCI for our next project without question.

We hired Provost Companies to transform an unfinished/attic like space into a master suite. With a substantial project like this, we prioritized communication and process when choosing a contractor and we felt Provost would give us the best experience and they delivered. Bill Provost was easy to access and did a great job communicating every step in the process. We would have weekly zoom calls to discuss the weeks scope of work and what to expect in the weeks to come. All of Provosts employees that worked in our home were incredibly respectful, neat, and showed up when they said they would. There wasnt a day that someone was not at the house working to keep the project on schedule. Thank you to Dana, Doug, Ryan, Andy and Dan. We are thrilled with the work and love our new space.

We used Provost to completely overhaul our front and back yard and to tear down and rebuild our deck in Pembroke. We couldnt be happier with the results. From the get go you could tell working with this company was going to be different. They just cared more about us and the project than I have ever experienced from any other home improvement company. From weekly meetings responsiveness to emails and calls there wasnt a single moment where we felt unsupported or out of the loop. The whole team is so kind and professional. From the top of the company to the newest worker on the team they not only get the job done but make you feel secure through the process. The end product is nothing short of stunning and we have signed up to stick with them for our yard maintenance as well and they have been so on point with that!! I cannot reccomend this company more. Its clear that they all like working together and they will make you feel like part of the team. Trust us, you wont be disappointed with the results.
