There are not enough accolades and compliments to describe Yalys! I have used this wonderful cleaners for multiple services - from garment cleaning to large oriental rug cleaning to garment alterations - and in each and every service the owner and staff continually go above and beyond all expectations. My rug was too large for me to be able tp pick up by myself, so Michelle offered to deliver it one time when I went back in to drop off some slacks for alteration! I am always overwhelmed by her friendliness and willingness to do whatever needs to be done, and I agreed to let her deliver it. I had not expected her to be at my door within a half hour to not only drop it off, but helped me carry it to a basement closet for storageand she would not let me pay for the delivery! Thank you, Thank you Michelle - and all employees at Yalys for being my wonderful neighborhood go to service for almost everything I need. They seem to know how to get anything done and done WELL! But if they dont offer a particular service, they know of someone who does - that they can recommend for your needs! The BEST IN SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS!
