F45 Training Swampscott

I have trained at many gyms over the past ten years, Nothing compares to the workout you get at F 45!! This experience has been Amazing! I love the Energy and all of the positive reinforcement you get from every coach at F45!! I highly recommend you give this gym a try! You wont regret it.

I joined F45 Swampscott in January 2023. Great gym/community, with awesome coaches. The workouts are varied -- cardio, strength, HIIT, and more -- which keeps it interesting. They have amazing equipment (weights, SKI-erg, erg, kettle bells, agility ladders) and the space is kept super clean and up-to-date. And the music selection is on-point. It's nice to show up and work hard for 45 minutes, without having to think/plan a workout. Most of all, it's a great group of trainers who keep the energy light and positive but also push you when needed. I'm grateful to have found this place, thank you f45 Swampscott!

I have so many great things to share about F45 Swampscott but I'll try and keep it short and sweet! The group classes are fantastic, with constantly changing workouts that keep things exciting and a great sense of community. The facility is always clean, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgable and supportive. They are great at working with people at all fitness levels and really push you to do your best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a motivating and welcoming gym environment!

The workouts are challenging and yet manageable. The coaches continue to support and encourage. Coaches are always willing to help you modify or and tailor the workouts to your individual needs. There is really a sense of family, and support.

I can't recommend F45 enough! It's definitely not like any other workout classes out there. There is a focus on progression and working the whole body with so much variety. After I got into the rhythm of going and started seeing the results I just can't stop. I have to force myself to take rest days! This studio is also one of the best! The coaching staff is like family and so is everyone who goes to class! It's such a great group of people crushing tough classes together, working hard, cheering for one another's success! I love it :)
