Blades Small Engine Repair

Brought my Husqvarna chainsaw in for repair. Got a call the next day that it needed a new carb. I said go ahead, get it done. Took a little over 3 weeks and got a call to pick it up . The bill was close to $300 which was more than I paid for it. That said, they were friendly and polite, though they lost the chain guard I dropped it off with and so gave me another one free. The high cost is driven by almost $100 an hour labor charge. Not sure I will go back, but I have to admit, they did fix it and kept in communication and are nice people.

If you're looking for small engine specialists in this area Blades is a no brainer! I hadn't been in before but when one of my machines needed a diagnostic the were able to provide it. Excellent customer service. They also have a great selection of new machines in stock. Check them out.

Awesome place, friendly and very knowledgeable. They knew what part I needed, I picked it up, replaced it, now my snowblower is running beautifully. Thank you for the help!!

Bought my Husqvarna 562xp here ,great service and they sharpen chains if don't do that yourself.

After being told that I would receive a quote in 7 days, I reluctantly dropped off my pressure washer. I called once a week for 4 weeks and was "kindly" told that my item was next in line and expect a call within a day or two. Never happened! 5-6 weeks later, I received a call requesting pick up... repairs $180 for a $200 pressure washer that needed a $15 carb. I explained that I requested a quote before repairs and had called every week for status. I was transferred to the owner who spoke rudely and condescendingly. He stated "so if the repairs were $50 or $100 you'd pick it up...right? I gave up explaining that I was initially told that I would get "a quote before repairs" were done. What a waste of time!
