        Very poor customer service. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Dave was very rude in our interactions. He told me directly that this is just a part time job so thats why he wasnt going to do what we needed him to do that day, even though he was the only one there: on multiple days I spent at least 20 minutes waiting around the lobby/inside area where I couldnt find anyone working. He provided no solutions to the issue. The manager, Sean, lied to me over the phone telling us one thing then when we showed up it was a completely different thing. Resulting in 3 extra trips to and from uhaul. When I called a week later to inquire about our delivery (which was guaranteed by that day) we were met with Daves response of call back tomorrow when The manager Sean is in. Dave again refused to provide any type of feasible solution to our problem which needed to be addressed that day. Try somewhere else for your shipping needs. These guys will disappoint and are quite disrespectful.
