Their truck got stuck in my yard when dropping the dumpster, completely tore apart a section of my yard. We had just moved into a new house and we’re completely devastated to see what the truck did to the yard! The only professional person in this whole process was the driver! I tried to call and talk to them about it it took me over a week to get a hold of anyone and then they told me that they weren’t responsible for any damage done to the property. In addition, they usually called to let us know when they’re going to pick up the dumpster they did not call this time therefore when their driver showed up on Monday we were not expecting him and told him to come back two days later. Rent This Dumpster turned around and charge me $150 fuel surcharge!!! Poor customer service, poor quality of service! Unless you want to waste your money and get sucked dry for every penny you have don’t use these people! Service: House/garage cleanout

The folks at Rent This Dumpster were really responsive and helpful, and worked around my schedule to get the dumpster dropped off and picked up. Just what I needed after moving into a new house and having some work done it.

Prompt delivery of the dumpster and prompt pickup of dumpster. Arrived on time and the driver was very courteous. I was very pleased from first phone call to the last.
