There are some fantastic clinicians/therapists here, however some of the individuals (particularly directors) in charge of this place are purely unethical and unprofessional. I have an open and active complaint through the BSAS (a branch of the Department of Mental Health) which has been assigned to someone who is investigating it. Respectfully proceed with diligent caution for your well-being if you come here.

You couldn't ask for a better experience! Hands down 5 star these people saved my life and then showed me so much more. The staff,program,and food you couldn't get anywhere else. I owe these people in so many ways. If your in active addiction stop what your doing save yourself by calling evoke I promise you will be the next person writing in this comment section. I thought I would never be sober and here I am 8 mo. Still clean and trying to help others that need it. Do it it's amazing. *EVOKE .... WE LOVE YOU....keep doing what you guys are doing it works.

Keep in mind that when you arrive, they have you sign forms saying you will pay for your uber, then they bill you for it. They billed me 106 for rideshare. Even one that had an altercation with another driver, so I had to get out. They still owe me for money they never refunded me. I'll get it but I may need to take them to court for it. We will see. They also made me put my lawyer on speaker phone which is a violation of my rights. Also, my counselor shared an office with another counselor. The other counselor listened to my conversation with my nurse and relayed it to my counselor. When I went to see my counselor, she asked me if I told on her. She told me that the other counselor told her. Violation of patient confidentiality. They also have you sign a form saying that its ok to tell yor doctor and your family what you have been up to. They do not take into consideration if your family member is elderly and has heart problems. Again, I asked for it even though I was out of it when I signed the releases. Total scam. They are out for $$$... You go there and you will see,,,,

Do not put too much on your account if you go there as most likely you will not be refunded or have to fight for it. Do not let them make you put your lawyer on speaker phone. It seems to me that they only care about money. Counselors should not be listening to private conversations with your doctor or nurse. They totally infringe d on my right to privacy.
