        The maintenance/facilities team is amazing! Friendly, courteous, professional and prepared! A special mention to Paul J. who helped me recently with a garage repair.....thank you, sir!! :-)

        Great location, staff and amenities. The units themselves are somewhat dated. Notable dust throughout the HVAC system. Inefficient heating and cooling with minimal insulation and extreme drafting from windows and doors. During our 16 month lease both dryer unit and water heater needed maintenance work. Carpets and interior sub-par. Garages are quite narrow and units provide minimal storage space. The neighborhood itself is generally very friendly and quiet. Lots of dog owners. It is a great place for short term stay.

        We have been living here for about 7 months now and so far had a great experience. The surrounding landscape is always clean and well maintained. My dog enjoys playing in the puppy park and going on nice scenic walks up the apartment hills. My favorite part is that whenever there is an issue with the apartment, Kenny and Paul are always there to save the date. The best part is that they do the job correctly and are very responsible with cleaning after themselves and approaching you with a kind and happy smile. Our boiler had broken down and they came and resolved the gas issue that caused it in a safely manner which is very important and appreciated. They take safety very seriously from maintenance team to general things such as implementing speed limits and sending out emails to keep you posted about any work being done in the complex. Management is also very kind and does activities for the residence such as leaving Oreo's in each resident's mail box for national Oreo day or bringing in Maine Lobster food truck. The pool in the summer is very nice to lounge in. Having BBQ outside our apartments are also very nice for a good summer burger or steak dinner. Overall, we have only had positive experience and highly recommend.
