Filing for bankruptcy seems like an overwhelming and scary task. Gary Marchese made the process as simple and stress free as possible. My mother passed away leaving property trusts, a will, and probate for my siblings and I to deal with. I spoke with a friend, who last year went thru similar circumstances.
