Everett has been my insurance agent for decades. I worked in Waltham when I started using them, and just never left. And the biggest reason is that I have an insurance agent, not some faceless company. When I call, someone I know and I've talked to many times will answer my call. If I need to change something for a change of car or home, I just call and they take care of me. I'm in the process of adding a new vehicle, and I just called and talked to Curt Jr., who I have talked with many times over the years. After handling that, he took the time to answer a question about an unrelated title issue. They provide the type of services that companies used to give. Friendly service from real people. That's why I've used them for so long.
