      • Very bad experience, I used to buy donuts from you often (51 Linden St, Waltham, MA 02452). On Thursday, April 4, 2024, I bought donuts and at home I found mice poop on the donuts! This is terrible, please check and remove dirt and parasites. This shouldn't be in food. Mice carry infections and can infect people. Of course we threw out the donuts, but when I saw the mouse poop my kids ate a few donuts!!!

        I never leave reviews but this time I am. I have had it with this location. I order through the app all the time and everytime I show up my order is never ready. They make me run late because of this. Oh and when you ask where your stuff is they give me attitude. Today I just left without my food because it wasnt done and of course I was running late. Litterally not going here anymore and its a shame because they are so close to my house.
