Excellent customer service. Very fast and reliable. I was very glad to have a working phone again in less than an hour after dropping it off! Definitely coming back the next time I need a phone fixed. 10/10 would recommend this place!

This place is awesome! I have a habit of cracking my phone screen and not only did I just show up on a time crunch, I was able to get my phone fixed in about 15 minutes and on my way. Love!

I badly cracked my screen on my Motorola Stylus phone and needed it to be repaired. I also had a problem with my charging cable not staying in when I plugged it in. I went to iFixPhones and met the two Azeberbajani technicians who worked in the Waltham and Cambridge. They recognized that my phone was a bit unusual and initially said they would need to order the screen I agreed but as I was on my way home they called me and said that they might have a screen that they would try to install that creen. Unfortunately it did not work and they had to order the screen which arrived next day. By 12 noon they called me and said it was ready. They also fixed my charging port. The total cost for the screen and charging port together with installation was $140 which seemed reasonable to me. It was much cheaper and less trouble than replacing the phone. I also was interested to know that they could replace the battery even though it is not meant to be replaced. This would cost $69. So I am very happy to have found this shop and wish that I had known about it before when I replaced a broken phone.
